He has undertaken health, enterprise and institutional development projects in Africa, Caribbean and the USA on behalf of Local Authorities, Government Departments and related Agencies, Business Link, UK Trade & Investment and USA Commercial Service.
Rudi, designed and facilitates Enhanced Leadership Insights (ELi) management model on behalf of NHS Trusts and related bodies in London and Regions across workforce development areas including midwifery, paediatrics, mental health and corporate services.He is a former Independent Pubilc Appointments Assessor and Panel member for Ministerial and Public Appointments of Senior Leaders on behalf of the Appointments Commission and Department of Health.
He was the founding CEO, of RAFFA International Development Agency, a unique church related agency that received the coveted London 2012 Olympic Inspire Mark for Passing the Baton programme: inspiring peaceful, caring and enterprising neighbourhoods. The Passing the Baton legacy programme transformed the initiative into “Inclusive Communities and Neighbourhoods Dialogues”, that aim to explore the capabilities of individuals, families and organisations to collaborate for sustainable development by transforming their approach to improving community development.

Martin Levermore, CEO of Medical Devices Technology International Ltd (MDTi). He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, having an academic background in Political Economics. He is a visionary leader and a serial entrepreneur. He was made a Member of the British Empire (MBE) in 2013 for Services to West Midlands’ Businesses.
Martin leads a unique medical device business that is demonstrating a truly global opportunity with regards to delivering better healthcare provisions for patients and professionals using innovations emanating from within the NHS.
Martin has an inspirational, ethical and process orientated style of leadership drawn from his days in the military, as a bomb disposal officer, and international banking. After leaving banking he founded one of the UK’s first e-commerce financial marketplace that was the forerunner to the Money Supermarket.
In early 2000’s Martin took on the challenge to guide a not-for- profit organisation within community regeneration; the blue print of his engagement in social and business regeneration accumulated with him being one of the founding fathers establishing for the West Midlands its own medical Industry network in the form of Medilink West Midlands.

Richard’s background is in performance management, policy development, business start-ups, housing management, dispute resolution and conflict management and community development.

Prior to setting up his own company in 2010, Richard’s coordinated the Black British Business Association in the North West of England for 4 years

Karl works at a strategic level of policy design and programme development for communities, nationally and locally. His background has been in various aspects of community regeneration and business development – working across the sectors of business, government, and non-governmental organisations (NGO) – building key and effective partnerships of mutual interest.
He has led on Diaspora consultation responses to the draft DfID Country Assistance Plans for Jamaica, as well as providing strategic input to the evolved Caribbean Regional Assistance Plan. This work included providing recommendations to the key challenges of pro-poor strategies, public sector reforms, business and social enterprise development.. He has also inspired interests for twinning commitments between key players of mainstream business and civil society in the UK region of Yorkshire and The Humber and their counterparts in the Parish of St. Mary, Jamaica.
Karl has run his own businesses and business development agency, most recently in the area of Caribbean food services. Karl previously led a European-funded Caribbean food development strategy within the government’s Regional Innovation Strategy for food in Yorkshire and The Humber. .
He was a joint-catalyst and founder of the African Caribbean Westminster Initiative, based in London, which had strong representation from the House of Lords. This business initiative was the predecessor to the DTI’s Ethnic Minority Business Forum.
Karl was recruited to the UK Government following serious rioting in the North of England. He was the Regional Coordinator for Community Facilitation, responsible for designing and managing a strategic programme of community engagement and cohesion across the region of Yorkshire and The Humber and also bridged joint-working and conferencing activities across The North of England.
Karl runs African and Caribbean Business Ventures Ltd, he is also a governor of one of the largest further education colleges in the UK (Bradford), a member of the Jamaican Diaspora UK and board director of the National Voice 4 Change England partnership.

Antoinette is an experienced HR professional and Creative Consultant who has worked within high profile Media, Consumer Goods, Financial Services and Fashion organisations.
She is the Founder and Managing Director of Heritage Consultancy Network; this is a community business which aims to preserve cultural heritage and traditions through learning resources, training & development workshops, and also providing international coaching in social advocacy that will bring engaging and lasting benefits to its clients and future generations.
With over 7 years of experience in the delivery of training programmes to boost graduate and Apprentice social mixing, employability and community engagement, Antoinette is also an advocate of Women in Technology from diverse backgrounds. She has been able to work with young students from the BAME community and has leveraged her position as an advocate for diversity and inclusion to reach and attract emerging new creative talent from disadvantaged social sectors.
In 2012 Antoinette secured the role of lead Volunteer as part of the Jamaican Olympic Project Team based at the Jamaica High Commission in London. Antoinette partnered with Dawn Butler (now MP for Brent Central). Having led over 50 volunteers her work received recognition from the High Commissioner Her Excellency, The Honourable Aloun Ndombet-Assamba. This role provided Antoinette with a platform to showcase her passion for the youth in London, diaspora connections and delivered a first class service which made her a pivotal team member.
Antoinette, a proud mother of three children and is passionate about young students reaching their full potential through structured goal setting, creation of entrepreneurship, rewarding milestones and championing the use of Technology in learning.
One day she wishes to launch her own scholarship for talented children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Antoinette’s son has Autism and whilst his journey has been tough he has received tremendous support from his Parents and family members. It would be a dream come true to assist other talented SEND children who need help through additional resources to be ready for success in the workplace and society.
